The final week of International Mobility Phase in the ACT program took place from April 25-29. That bitter-sweet period holds many exciting moments for students, professors from all three universities (UVic, NSYSU, JKU) and the company partners. Each team was tasked by a company to carry out a research project – from entering new markets through innovative logistics. To conclude this intensive 7-months journey students collected their feedback and presented it to the management of partner universities. The farewell dinner was the last occasion when students and professors gathered once more to express their gratitude reciprocally.
From professors´ perspective witnessing the students personal and professional development is a rewarding experience. After the meal, students received their certificates and slowly started realizing that this part of their studies is over. The program pulled them together as strangers from all over the world – from Canada, Austria, Taiwan, India, and many more countries – yet they left the restaurant on that day as a global family. Another cohort proved the magical connecting power of the unique Global Business Master Studies.
