On February 16th a lively exchange took place in the format of a 90-minute discussion round between three representatives of the NGO Austrian Service Abroad and Troika-students. The open discussion was based on insights about current projects of the NGO, such as the initiative to perform a holocaust memorial service, social service or peace service instead of the mandatory military service. The topic of the holocaust in Austria, which is linked to the memorial service, was presented upon the question “how to deal best with Hitler’s house of birth” and the incoming fellow’s project.
