On the 21st of January the Troika group was introduced to the fantastic world of bread at a company visit to Backaldrin. The students had a guided tour through the impressive Paneum where they learned about the international history of bread. Afterwards the group was welcomed by the honorary council of the Russian Federation Wolfgang Mayr in the headquarters of the company. An interesting tour through the development backery of Backaldrin invited the students to learn about the different tastes and ways of bread production world wide.
