One of the most exciting aspects of academia is to bring together high-potentials in early stages of their career with senior academics in order to foster exchange of thoughts.
Especially interesting new research evolves where well established ideas that are rooted in experience and expertise clash with novel lines of argumentation based on fresh ideas and innovative approaches. This is what has happened in May at the annual AESW-Workshop hosted by the Institute of Organization & Global Management Education at JKU that brought together editors of world leading journals such as Organization Studies with an international group of early scholars.
