Dr. Richard Lang presented his current research on social capital building in non-profit housing at the 11th International NPO-Colloquium at JKU Linz, which took place from April 3 to 4, 2014.
In the session on resource mobilisation in cooperatives, Richard provided insights into the crucial role of vertical linkages between community members and resource holders in regional and national infrastructure bodies for the development of new cooperative and community-led housing organisations. In his presentation, Richard delivered preliminary results from an ongoing comparative study between Austria and England.
