Isabella Hatak and Andreas Rauch presented their current research on HRM in entrepreneurial firms at the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference, which took place from June 4 to 7, 2014 at Ivey Business School.
Andreas and Isabella provided insights into their meta-analysis comprising of 45 studies that examined HRM practices in entrepreneurial firms. In their presentation, they showed to what extent various forms of HRM practices differ in their impact on the performance of small and medium sized entrepreneurial firms
