In a new article for the housing practitioner journal “Wohnen Plus” (Issue 4/2018), IFI researcher Richard Lang presents central results of his fellowship research on collaborative housing in Austria. The article describes three ideal typical models of realising collaborative housing projects and discusses their relevance and potential for limited-profit housing associations in Austria.
