Isabella Hatak and Matthias Fink contributed to the 74th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management which took place August 1-5, 2014 in Philadelphia, PA.
Isabella chaired as session for the entrepreneurship division and gave a talk on burnout in the business start-up phase. Matthias Fink was invited speaker in the PWD on Challenging the Assumptions and Accepted Practices of Entrepreneurship Research and gave a presentation on a competitive paper session on the role of subjective age norms on innovation driven start-up activity. Besides the academic program, the broad variety of social events offered plenty opportunities to strengthen the IFI’s network of international research collaborations.
