As one of the last official activities before ending the Austrian term, PAC-students joined an exclusive excursion through Hallstatt and the ancient salt mine. Since the weather was sunny during the whole day, students enjoyed the day to the fullest. Although the pandemic is full of challenges in many aspects, it turned out to have a positive effect for the stay in Salzkammergut. Under normal conditions a relaxed walk through Hallstatt seems to be almost impossible. However, these days allowed us to shoot nice pictures and to take a break in a traditional restaurant near the lake. At the afternoon we discovered the salt mine with some unexpected attractions. After all it was a nice completion of an hybrid study term.
