IFI professors Robert Breitenecker und Matthias Fink gave a keynote on “Intelligent Production – Challenges for Management form a Socio-Economic Perspective” at the JKU-WKOOe Transfer Day. This event is devoted to give the audience an insight into JKU’s research and competences in fields like digitalization, construction, production and quality management as well as to provide room for one-on-one meetings between academics and practitioners. In the meetings the aim is to identify new starting points for joint research. Prof. Fink and Prof. Breitenecker held 16 individual meetings, with some of them resulting in joint research initiative that bridges academic research and practice.
