With an inspiring talk Barbara Müller, assistant professor at the Institute for Human Resource Management and Change Management successfully completed her postdoctoral qualification (Habilitation) at JKU.
The topic „Knowledge and learning to change“ not only provided a rich basis for a cumulative thesis, but also allowed for far reaching implications for theory and practice. IFI professor Matthias Fink was involved in the process as an internal reviewer and member of the evaluation board.
