IFI Workshop on Burnout@Startup in Cambridge

The event was hosted by Simon Down and Chris Ivory of the Institute of International Management Practice. In their keynotes Andreas Rauch (IFI and University of Groningen, NL) and Andreas Baranyi (MedUni Graz) gave an exciting insight into the current state of the interdisciplinary research initiative on physical and psychological wellbeing of business founders. In the vivid discussion, the far reaching practical and theoretical implications of this stream of research became apparent.
