    Dr. Nina Rosenbusch

    Nina Rosenbusch is Associate Professor of Policy at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to joining Wilfrid Laurier University Nina held positions at Strathclyde University in Glasgow/UK and the University of Jena, Germany. Before working in academia, Nina worked in the international business development department of a German asset management company.

    Nina’s research interests center around various determinants of entrepreneurial firms’ performance including innovation, internationalization and human,social, and financial capital. Her research has been published in Journal of Management, Journal of Business Venturing, and Journal of Business Research. Her research has been presented at various leading academic conferences in entrepreneurship and general management including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference. Together with her co-authors Myrto Chliova and Jan Brinckmann, Nina received the Journal of Small Business Management Award for Excellence in Research on the Topic of Public Policy for a meta-analysis on the outcomes of micro-finance.
